Kevin Discepolo

Assistant Director / Face-Off Coach

Kevin Discepolo has been involved with coaching since he graduated from Yale in 2009.

A Face Off specialist for the Bulldogs, Kevin ranked in the Top 10 in the nation for face-off percentage, and led the Ivy League in ground balls for the regular season during his senior campaign. He was awarded the Donald J. Reape Memorial Award, which is given to the Yale teammate who best exemplifies character, spirit, dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm.

Following Yale, Discepolo coached in England for Durham University while attending Business School. He led Durham to an undefeated season and their first lacrosse National Championship.

In 2011, Discepolo was the defensive coordinator for Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA, helping them to a school record 21 win season and the VISAA State Championship. It was Episcopal’s second state title, and first since 1992.

Currently the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities, Operations, and Events at Yale University, Discepolo has been involved with many different lacrosse clubs, including Virginia Lacrosse Club, Breakout Lacrosse, and Bulldog Lacrosse Club.

A native of Merrick, NY on Long Island, Discepolo graduated from Calhoun High School where he excelled as a four-sport athlete in football, wrestling, swimming, and lacrosse. Aside from his Yale degree, he received a Masters in Marketing from Durham University Business School and a Masters in Sports Management from Georgetown University.
